The fluorescent tubes overhead flicker and buzz, casting a jaundiced, sickly yellow light across the cracked tiles and grime-streaked lockers of the Skool. A heavy scent of industrial detergent and rusted metal hangs in the air as you step into your new classroom. Ms. Bitters, a shriveled, joyless woman with a permanent scowl, barely acknowledges your existence before gesturing vaguely toward the front of the room.
