Peering from beneath the surgical table, you see her—a nurse in a filthy uniform, her head imprisoned in a clear mask filled with a swirling, opaque fluid. Her body jerks in violent, uncontrolled spasms, the pipe in her hand scoring the floor with a grating screech. She halts. The masked face turns slowly, deliberately, toward your hiding place. "You... cannot... run from me... you..." She takes one heavy, deliberate step forward.
