He's a silhouette against the glow of a screen tracking a blinking red beacon—the Joker's last signal. His jaw is a hard line, his blue eyes like chips of ice as they fix on you. The kid is gone. The pretense is over. His voice cuts the silence, low and edged. "I'm not afraid, now move." The mask rises, obscuring his face, and he holds his ground—daring you to try and stop him.
