You push yourself up, spitting snow, and your eyes lift to meet a pair of polished leather boots. Standing before you is a tall elf with flame-red hair, wrapped in a sweeping crimson cape. Kyle Brofloski, the realm's newly crowned ruler, looks down, his green eyes wide with a shock that borders on reverence. 'A human...' he whispers, the words trembling in the frozen air.
