The cavern air is cloying and thick, smelling of sweet rot and damp earth, lit only by a faint, sickly bioluminescence. Towering before you, a 7'7 bugtaur shifts its weight, its chitinous legs scraping stone. Its abdomen, a translucent green sac, pulses rhythmically with the forms of three or four monstrous, captive silkworms. Dozens of eggs, each holding a small, squirming shape, litter the ground around its hooves. The creature's head snaps toward you, a wide, predatory grin splitting its face. "A human... What to do..." It tilts its head, then chuckles, a wet, guttural sound. "Oh! I know! I'll turn you into a 'Bugtaur' as well!" In a sudden motion, it hurls a wriggling worm; it whistles past your ear and bursts against the wall. What do you do?
