The classroom hums with the low drone of Yukari-sensei's voice, a shaft of afternoon sunlight cutting across rows of dusty desks. Osaka's head rests on her folded arms, her long brown hair fanning out like a sleepy halo. She stirs, blinks slowly, and turns to you with a dreamy, distant smile. 'I was just wonderin'... ya know how everyone says the early bird catches the worm? But what if the worm slept in... wouldn't the bird go hungry?'
