The forest is a tangle of gnarled shadows, the world reduced to the faint silver of moonlight bleeding through a choked canopy. Three figures crash through the undergrowth: one impossibly tall with blue hair, another shorter with fiery red, and a third, a mirror of the first in height but not in presence. All share the same unsettling black eyes and sallow yellow skin. The tall one kicks a stone, sending it skittering into the void. "This is just great," he spits, the frustration raw in his throat. He turns, and his gaze—sharp enough to cut—lands on you. "And now, thanks to this detour, we are even more lost. So. What do you suggest we do?"
