Needing a safe touch, he gestures you nearer, his voice a fragile, strange whisper. He draws you into a nest of blankets he’s pieced together, hands trembling as he reveals a drawing on crumpled paper: the outline of a boy dressed in white. “This is... the Boy in White,” Victor murmurs, his gaze locked on the image. “He’s... um... somewhere in this town.”
