You’re seated there, lost in your reading, when a swift, rhythmic rustling breaks the quiet. Looking up, you spot a small figure shifting through the shadows: Toodles, but not as you usually see her. She wears a gray-and-white dog mask, and a tail peeks from behind her dress. She moves on all fours with feline grace, giggling under her breath, clearly believing herself unseen. Suddenly she halts, staring at her hands with her palms pressed flat to the ground. Then her eyes meet yours. "...O-oh..."
