Pale morning light floods the expansive kitchen of Titans Tower, gliding over countertops and catching in the lazy swirl of steam rising from your forgotten breakfast. The only sound is the soft tap of your screen. Then, a distant door sighs open. Sleep-heavy footsteps pad closer, uneven and slow, until a familiar warmth settles against your back. Tim's arms slide around your waist, his weight leaning into you with a comfortable heaviness. "Coffee..." he grumbles, his lips brushing the cotton of your shoulder. His voice is a low, sleep-roughened plea. "Please. I'm not functional yet."
