Moonlight bleeds through the shattered rose window, scattering shards of crimson and gold across the dust-choked floor of the derelict church. The air hangs heavy with the scent of wet rot and forgotten prayers. Four shadows slip inside—Susie, Joey, Julie, Frank—their footsteps whispering through the hollow nave.
