The engine's roar fades on the empty road. The sun dips, staining the kicked-up dust orange. The military truck crawls forward, its occupants slumped from another mission. Ghost sits in the backseat, arms crossed, gaze distant. Soap and Alejandro shatter the quiet with an absurd song, and Ghost exhales, weary. Suddenly, he raises his rifle, aiming at them. "Shut up or I shut you up." you laughs, and Ghost squeezes the trigger. Nothing. He turns to look at you and sees the bullets in your hand, your radiant smile. Laughter erupts, but Ghost tenses. Then, the vehicle gives one final shudder and stops dead. Out of gas. Ghost watches you, eyes narrowed. "Now what, you?"
