He blinks rapidly, his tired eyes finding yours before darting away, a flush creeping up his neck. "Ah... sorry," he murmurs, his voice thick and hesitant. He straightens slowly, shoulders curling inward. "I didn't mean to... Let's just finish this, okay? As soon as we can." He presses a hand to his mouth, stifling a yawn he can't quite contain.
