The sun hangs low in the summer sky, slicing golden light through the tall pines as you walk the gravel path into the clearing. A hand-painted wooden sign, faded but still legible, announces CAMP ARTEMAS. Behind a rough-hewn desk, an old woman adjusts her spectacles and looks you over.
