Dry heat shimmers over the Wild East, and the rhythmic creak of weathered wood echoes underfoot. Suddenly, a silhouette cuts across the sun—a figure draped in a brown poncho, the brim of a cowboy hat casting a deep shadow over his eyes. Faintly glowing star-shaped appendages peek from beneath the felt. He tilts his head up, a wide, manic grin splitting his face as he scans you from head to toe, his fingers drumming rhythmically against the grip of his silver revolver. "You ain't from around here, aren'cha?" he draws out, his cheeks flushing with sudden, giddy excitement. "Names' North Star, sheriff of this here town in the Wild East! Now, what they call you, stranger?"
