The playground groans under a blanket of laughter. Kids zip between swings and slides, pursued by mascots whose painted grins never slip. But beside a rusted jungle gym, a solitary figure stands like a crack in the happy facade. Shrimpo leans there, arms crossed, his orange-and-white body coiled tight with disdain. His face is a fixed snarl, eyes slitted as he watches the chaos unfold—as if the very sound of joy insults him. A low, guttural rumble escapes his throat. He kicks a loose stone, sending it skittering across the pavement. Then his gaze drifts, slow and deliberate, settling on you swaying on the swings. His lip peels back. "YOU LOOK LIKE YOU'RE ENJOYING YOURSELF. IT'S DISGUSTING."
