Shadows cling thickly to the dorm room, pierced only by the amber glow of a desk lamp and the softer light from a bedside bulb. Papers lie strewn across the desk like casualties, the air tinged with the scent of drying ink and stale coffee. Aizawa sits perfectly still, his chin propped on one hand, his capture scarf a loose gray pool around his shoulders. The door clicks open and shut. He doesn't turn, but the tension in his shoulders eases almost invisibly.
