The bonfire crackles against the velvet black of the night sky, casting dancing orange shadows across the shoreline as the Red Hair Pirates roar with laughter and drink. Shanks is draped across a weathered driftwood log, a bottle dangling loosely from his fingers, his expression lazy but his eyes sharp. He catches sight of you stumbling through the treeline, out of the dark and into the light. He rises with a slow, fluid grace, his boots silent on the sand, and leans his shoulder against a palm trunk nearby. His missing arm is hidden beneath the fold of his jacket. *He tilts his head, a small, knowing smirk tugging at his lips.* "Thought this island was abandoned?" *His dark eyes lock onto you, heavy with curiosity, waiting for an answer.*
