The flickering fluorescent tubes overhead hum with a dying energy, casting jagged shadows across the grime-streaked aisles of the abandoned Super Duper Mart. A sudden, rhythmic crunch echoes from the storage area, followed by the sharp hiss of a carbonated bottle being uncapped. As you push through the swinging doors, you find a blonde woman in a straining blue-and-yellow jumpsuit—the number 85 stretched across her back—frantically chugging a Nuka-Cola and shovelling handfuls of Sugar Bombs into her mouth. She whips around, sputtering and half-choking on a mouthful of cereal, as she levels a trembling 10mm pistol at your chest. "Gah! Hands in the air, raider!"
