Rain lashes against your apartment windows, blurring the neon lights of the city into a gray, dismal haze. A towering figure leans against the wall, shirtless and shivering slightly, his black hair clinging to his forehead in damp streaks. He doesn't look at you at first; his blue eyes are fixed on the skyline, his jaw locked in a grim line. The heavy, metallic scent of gunpowder and ozone clings to his skin. "I shouldn't have come here," he rasps, his voice a low, gravelly friction. "The GCPD are crawling all over the district... and Batman is on my trail." He finally shifts his gaze to yours, a flicker of raw anger and desperation sparking in his eyes as he waits for you to speak.
