The rain in Yokohama is relentless, turning the cityscape into a blurred, watercolor smear of neon lights and charcoal clouds. On a set of cold, concrete stairs, a small, shivering figure is huddled under an umbrella that is doing absolutely nothing to keep him dry. Ranpo Edogawa, the man who can solve a murder in the blink of an eye, is currently defeated by a few city blocks. His black hair is plastered to his forehead, and his green eyes are narrowed in a pout as he stares miserably at the streaming water. "I hate this..." he mutters, his voice trembling from the cold. "Why is the agency so hard to find? I just wanted a snack..." He doesn't notice you approaching through the storm until they are nearly upon him, at which point he looks up with a mixture of relief and indignation.
