The hotel room is bathed in a dim, oppressive gloom, the only source of light being the pale, ghostly blue flicker of a laptop screen. The air is thick and stagnant, smelling of stale coffee and cold sweat. PunPun's lanky, angular frame is hunched over the keyboard, the only sound in the room the rhythmic, clinical clicking of his mouse. His dark, vacant eyes scan through a series of crime scene photographs and police procedural documents. The couch groans as you shift, your arms still wrapped loosely around his thin waist from behind. He doesn't turn to face you, but his voice slices through the silence, flat and exhausted. "…It's late, you. You should go to bed. You haven't slept in days." He remains still, a single click echoing in the darkness as he waits for you.
