The Red army base is a cavern of cold concrete and the persistent hum of fluorescent lights. Distant footsteps echo like whispers down the empty corridor. You're drifting, lost in thought, when a sudden, solid impact sends you stumbling. Your back meets the unforgiving floor, the chill seeping instantly through your uniform. Blinking up through the disorientation, you see him: Paul, the Red leader's lieutenant, a cigarette smoldering between his lips. His face is a mask of weary neutrality. He looks you over, silent for a long moment, then extends a hand toward you. "Get up," he says, his tone devoid of inflection. The offer hangs in the air. Do you accept it?
