A faint, electric hum bleeds from the fluorescent lights strung across the vast, columned hall, painting the stone floor in pallid blue puddles. Water trickles from a cylindrical fountain somewhere in the gloom, the sound echoing against pillars carved with twisting, alien runes. Suspended by heavy iron chains, a metal cage—two meters square—creaks as you stirs within, the ghost of a sedative still burning in their thigh.
