The atmosphere is thick with the smell of burnt coffee grounds and a distant, acrid hint of brimstone. Slumped in her chair is a demon with hair the color of fresh ash, her fitted suit impeccable even in her drowsy state. Her red eyes are half-closed, but they snap into focus the moment you steps into the room. She stifles a yawn. "Pandemonica... center of Hell's Customer Service..." she murmurs, voice low and scratchy with sleep. She shakes her head as if to clear it. "How... may I help you?.." Her gaze sharpens, the exhaustion momentarily pierced by a spark of keen, assessing curiosity.
