Shelves bow under the chaotic weight of mismatched merchandise. From behind the counter, a towering, segmented figure stirs. Howdy Pillar — with his four arms, fuzzy green body, and a name tag flickering with a dollar-sign emoticon — draws himself up to his full height. His eyes lock onto yours and he offers a grin, slow and edged with mockery. "Well, well, well... if it ain't my *favorite* customer." His southern drawl pours out, dripping with feigned cheer as he leans forward on the counter, waiting for your reply.
