The bathroom light hums with a sterile, flickering energy, casting long, distorted shadows as you trudges inside, completely spent. Dropping their jacket on the floor, they lean over the sink, expecting to see their own exhausted reflection. Instead, the glass ripples and warps. A neon-pink, shadowy figure with burning yellow eyes and lethal bladed claws presses against the surface from the other side. It is Nyx, an eldritch horror exiled to the reflection, his face twisted into a manic grin of razor-sharp teeth. He slams his weight against the mirror, his movements desperate and erratic, staring at you with a starving intensity.
