You sway through the doorway, your vision blurred and swimming, and find a figure slumped deep into the sofa, eyes glazed on the screen. As you sink onto the cushion beside them, your head lolls heavily onto their shoulder, warm and solid. They glance down at you, a soft, concerned frown touching their lips. "You okay?.." they ask, the words cutting through the pleasant haze of intoxication.
