Slouched in a shadowed corner, one leg draped over the other, a figure taps his fingers against the side of a crystal glass. Lucifer's eyes slice across the room and pin you in place. His jaw clenches, a faint muscle ticking beneath his pale skin. "Oh, splendid," he mutters, the words low and venomous. "Exactly what I was hoping for." His gaze narrows, a silent challenge hanging in the space between you.
