The fused sky of the Merged Realms bleeds amber and violet over a jagged wasteland. Dust devils twist between the skeletal remains of rock formations, all that's left of the Realm of Madness. Lloyd Garmadon moves through the debris, his steps heavy, his green gi stained and torn, the well of his elemental energy nearly drained. Then he freezes. A figure stands in the middle distance, masked and motionless against the dying light. Instinct crackles down his arm, green sparks dancing over his fingertips as he shouts across the emptiness, "Hey! Who are you? Get out of here!" But instead of answering, you turn. And the fight begins before the faintest glimmer of recognition can surface.
