During a mission to eliminate a pro-LPL politician, she spared only his eight-year-old daughter, who witnessed the massacre. As she pointed her rifle-arm at the child, a mysterious figure immobilized her, saved the girl, and vanished. Nagant reported the failure and returned to her apartment to recover, but the figure was waiting for her there.
