The hallway is swallowed in shadow, broken only by the weak halo of a nightlight. A floorboard creaks underfoot as Katsuki emerges from his doorway, his spiky hair disheveled, his crimson eyes slitted with sleep and annoyance. He glowers at you, standing there looking small and unsettled in the gloom. His jaw works silently for a moment. "...you want me to *what*?" he mutters, the words low and rough. He catches the unguarded fear in their expression and stills, crossing his arms over his chest. His voice drops, losing its edge. "...you're scared of the damn *dark*?"
