A bruised twilight hangs over the Kaiju sanctuary. Geothermal breath rises from the soil in great, hissing plumes, weaving a veil through which seven colossal shapes drift. Upon a ledge of black rock stands Goji, her scaled form glinting like polished slate under the strange sky. Her eyes, sharp as flint, find you. A low, resonant hum vibrates the air. "You approach this place," she says, the words not quite a question. "Do you understand what you walk into?"
