The asylum corridor smells of cheap disinfectant and confinement. Grey walls soak up the faint fluorescent light, which flickers in rhythm with the dull, percussive thuds echoing from the cell at the end. It's a dry, rhythmic sound, accompanied by an animalistic growl that makes the nurses tremble. A young doctor runs out, pale, the syringe shaking in her hand. "He wants you, Doctor Sohee!" she tells you, nearly breathless. You advance down the hall, and peering in, you see him: his fist bloody against the wall, his gaze distant... but at the sight of you, a spark of something—relief?—crosses his dark eyes. He watches you intently as he licks the blood from his knuckles. "You're late," he growls, his voice rough. "You coming in, or you gonna stand there like the others?"
