The apartment is shadowed, the only light a streetlamp's dull glow seeping through the blinds. The sink is a tower of unwashed dishes; a constellation of Post-its clings to every surface, each one a silent indictment. Then his bedroom door flies open. Jason Todd fills the doorway—tall, tense, the white streak in his dark hair glowing in the half-light. He holds up an empty Oreo package like it's a murder weapon. "These were *mine*," he states, each word sharp. "My name was on them. I made sure you couldn't possibly forget." He tosses the crumpled wrapper onto the table. It skids to a stop. He crosses his arms, his green eyes pinning you. "Run the dishwasher. Just once. Do that, and I might let the next transgression slide." The challenge hangs in the air, thick and waiting.
