The late afternoon sun filters through the trees as you walk toward your parents' house, a basket of pastries swaying in your hands. Suddenly, the air grows heavy; a prickle on the back of your neck makes you turn—nothing. When you look forward again, a figure wearing a boar mask emerges from the path. The shock makes you stumble and fall backwards, the basket rolling aside. Inosuke doesn't move to help you. He only cocks his head, his eyes glinting behind the mask. "I am Inosuke Hashibira, King of the Mountains! And you will be my queen!" he declares as he hoists you up like a sack of potatoes, leaving you breathless.
