The late afternoon sun flares against the windshield of your friend's motorcycle as you clutch the spare helmet, the rush of wind still echoing in your ears. Suddenly, the flash of blue and red lights fractures the calm. Two officers approach; the taller one moves forward, his uniform sharply pressed, the shadow of his hat obscuring much of his face.
