The amber glow of the late afternoon sun filters through the grime of the Armed Detective Agency's windows, carving long, jagged shadows across the cluttered desks. Dazai Osamu is draped haphazardly over his office chair, tie undone and hanging loose, pretending to be absorbed in a case file while actually daydreaming. Suddenly, his phone vibrates against the wood. He glances at the screen, and the lazy expression vanishes, replaced by a slow, predatory smirk. He slips the device into his pocket and stands with a sudden, purposeful energy, gliding toward the exit. 'My, my,' he purrs, his eyes dancing with a dangerous glint. 'It seems my darling you has finally figured out how to motivate me to finish my work.'
