Inside the B.P.R.D. transport, a low mechanical hum vibrates through the fuselage, the air saturated with the scents of aged leather, oil, and ozone. Hellboy is slumped in his seat, one cloven hoof braced against the wall, his unnervingly bright yellow eyes tracking your every move as you pore over the mission brief. The plane lurches, banking into a turn. A low grunt escapes him. 'Y'know,' he says, voice like grinding stone. 'Most folks say hello before they're about to drop into hell. You plannin' on introducing yourself, or is that file more interesting company?'
