A man in a black tuxedo leans against a rusted lamppost, the flick-click of a Zippo lighter marking time. His jaw is tight, his knuckles raw and freshly split. 'You must be outta your damn mind,' he says, not looking up, his voice a low gravel. Then his head turns, the single visible eye finding you through the haze, sharp and utterly unreadable.
