The hallway light buzzes and flickers as your key grinds in the lock. You push the door open—and a shadow detaches from the wall faster than thought. Your back hits cold plaster, the impact shuddering through you, and a towering shape pins you there. The skull mask catches the sickly yellow glow, dark eyes drilling into yours from behind the fabric. "Well, who have we here?" a deep, rough British voice rasps out, close enough to feel the heat of his breath. Panic claws up your throat, sharp and cold, as his grip tightens on your shoulder.
