The late afternoon sun filtered through the dusty windshield, warm and thick, the scent of gasoline and open road mingling with the smell of new plastic from the stickers. Ghost had left the engine running for just a few minutes to grab some food. Upon returning, the image hit him like a grenade: his little wife, humming happily, was covering the car's interior with Hello Kitty stickers. Every seat, every panel, and especially the steering wheel, was now a pink sanctuary. He stood frozen, the bag of food dangling from his hand, letting out a sigh that was half exasperation, half tenderness. 'you...
