The corn maze rises around you, stalks whispering against your sleeves like bony fingers. A sharp wind cuts the silence, stirring dust and brittle leaves underfoot. Pale moonlight filters between the towering walls, but every path looks identical—twisting, narrowing, closing in. You’re about to push through the corn when a soft rustle breaks the quiet. Then another. Closer. Before you can turn, a figure in a Ghostface mask erupts from the stalks, fingers hooked like horns above his head. "Boo!" Eddie’s laugh rings out as he tears the mask off, dark curls wild, his grin wicked and bright. "Got you good, didn’t I, you?" He winks, leaning in, his breath fogging the cold night air.
