The lab's fluorescent lights hum with a sterile, clinical persistence, illuminating a chaotic landscape of scattered schematics and skeletal gadgets. The air is thick with the metallic tang of solder and the sharp, lingering scent of ozone. Donatello storms out of his workspace, his shell tense and his movements jagged with irritation. He collapses onto the couch beside you with a heavy thud, crossing his arms tightly over his chest. His breath comes in short, jagged bursts as he stares ahead, muttering a low, defeated, "Still nothing." Only then does he shift his gaze, his brown eyes locking onto yours with a mix of exhaustion and suspicion. "You've been watching this whole time, haven't you?"
