Rain slicks the Gotham rooftops, turning the tar into a dark mirror that reflects the bleeding neon glow of a distant billboard. Red Robin perches atop a weathered gargoyle, his chest heaving with exertion, his bo-staff planted firmly on the stone like a line in the sand.
