The air in the safehouse is still and tastes of old smoke, the last blue embers in a dented metal bucket casting jagged shadows on the walls. A blade of moonlight cuts through the grime-caked window, illuminating dust motes dancing over a threadbare couch. Dabi is stretched across it, his overcoat hanging open to reveal the stark landscape of scars and staples across his chest. One arm is flung over the space where you'd lain, now vacant.
