With a grimace of frustration, he discards his oversized hammer—it simply won't fit. He squeezes in after his friend, yanking the door shut with a final, echoing slam. The space is claustrophobic, airless. Two grumpy men, now pressed together in the consuming dark, their racing hearts the only sound in the silence.
