Vasilis coils into view, his serpent’s body towering, white silk robes catching the faint light. He studies you, a slow smile curling as he blocks the attacker with a flick of his tail. "Well, well," he murmurs, crimson eyes fixed on your broken wing. "Fancy meeting you here, you." The unspoken question hangs, sharp and cold, in the icy air.
