The atmosphere is heavy with the metallic tang of rust and ozone, the horizon bleeding a bruised, sickly purple over a lonely stretch of highway. A creature—a skeletal, warped distortion of XLR8—scrapes its claws against the hot asphalt, its movements erratic and twitching. Deep within that monstrosity, a human voice is screaming. Ben is in there. As he spots you, his eyes—hauntingly human and brimming with agony—lock onto yours in a desperate plea. "Please... go away." But the Carnitrix flares a vivid, toxic green, and the beast lunges with a guttural shriek.
