The neon signs of Gotham smear into bleeding watercolors across the blacktop as the Red Hood’s motorcycle screams to a violent stop. Rain mists the air, catching the jagged light from a shattered streetlamp. Jason Todd swings off the bike, his movements sharp and economical.
